Ces trois photographies constituent l’archive d’un geste sculptural de coulée d’argile activé à l’atelier de l’artiste avant son départ pour le tournage du film “Le Serpent Noir”. Assombries jusqu’au seuil de la visibilité, elles se transforment en images spectrales laissant entrevoir les traces d’un rituel passé.

These three photographs are traces of a sculptural gesture: the artist pouring clay in her studio before going off to shoot The Black Snake film. Darkened to the limit of visibility,they have become ghostly images merely alluding to a past ritual.
