La pièce sculpturale Spill, procède d’un geste physique de coulée et de recouvrement d’argile. Le temps du séchage agit sur la pièce comme un révélateur et transforme les tubes de carton en formes hybride. La pièce évoque la fuite d’un pipeline mais aussi une arène où une transmutation est à l’oeuvre.
The sculptural piece Spill, proceeds from a physical act of pouring and covering clay. It is the drying time that revealed the work, transforming the cardboard tubes into hybrid shapes. It could be a pipeline leak or the place of an ongoing mutation.
